SUMMARY: Group memories, tasks and dedicated minds per initiative — projects carry status, priority, repository and homepage, and link the work around them.

Projects API
Projects are the portfolio layer of Synapse: one project bundles the memories, tasks and even dedicated agent minds that belong to a single initiative. Each project carries a status (idea, planning, inprogress, paused, completed, archived, deprecated), a priority (low, normal, high, critical) and optional repository/homepage URLs, so the fleet can report per-initiative instead of per-fragment.
Linking is explicit and reversible: memories and tasks attach via link endpoints (single or bulk), tag-overlap auto-linking proposes links at scale, and GET /memory/:id/projects answers the reverse question. A project mind (GET /projects/shared-mind) gives an initiative its own shared memory space that every sibling can read.
